Job Responsibility:
Advising employers on the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment issues
Handling matters such as contracts, policies, dismissals, grievances, discrimination claims and TUPE
Providing support to the corporate team on employment aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings
Managing your own caseload while helping to supervise and mentor junior colleagues
Building and developing long-term client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives
Requirements:
Senior employment lawyer with strong experience advising employer clients
Confident handling both tribunal litigation and advisory work
Skilled at providing pragmatic, commercial solutions to clients
Leadership potential, with the ambition to play a central role in the future of the team
Strong communication skills and ability to foster trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
