Job Description

We are currently working with a leading global professional services organisation that is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Employment Counsel on a contract of 9-12 months in duration. The assignment is due to start in August/September 2026 and will operate on a hybrid basis, with 1-2 days per week required in the London office. Matters are likely to include restructures, business change projects, TUPE, employee relations issues, disciplinary and grievance matters, whistleblowing, restrictive covenants, compensation and benefits, equality and diversity initiatives, terminations, Employment Tribunal claims and ACAS matters.
