Do you have Employment Services experience and enjoy leading and supporting your co-workers? We’re looking for a Senior Employment Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment Australia team in Mirrabooka, WA. You'll be empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the very best outcomes for their clients. Your teams' success is what drives you, so sharing your knowledge through mentoring and coaching will be important, supporting them to hit their KPIs. You'll also lead by example, engaging with your own clients to provide tailored employment services.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and provide employment strategies to drive positive performance
  • Network and market APM services to secure new referrals to our service
  • Train and support your staff to be high performing Employment Consultants
  • Provide tailored employment services to a small number of job seekers
  • Support the Business Manager in achieving team KPI's
  • Keep current on industry trends and be capable of adapting accordingly
  • Complete all necessary administration to the required standard ensuring full compliance
