Requirements

Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
5+ years’ PQE in employment law
Strong background in advisory work, ideally with a clear employer-side focus
Comfortable acting as a senior point of contact for clients and providing strategic guidance
Confident in managing and mentoring junior team members
Proven ability – or appetite – to contribute to business development and grow the team’s market presence

Job Responsibility

Broad, predominantly non-contentious advisory workload, with a strong emphasis on preventative strategies and long-term client relationships
Around 75% of matters are employer-side, with the remainder focused on senior-level employee advisory
Tribunal matters are rare, usually resolved early – the emphasis is on strategic, solutions-driven support
You'll work closely with the Head of Employment and existing Associate, offering both senior input and leadership within the team
