A leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in Central London is seeking an experienced Senior Employer’s Agent to join their Strategic Developments team. Job Responsibility
Lead and coordinate all aspects of residential-led mixed-use developments
Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
Oversee procurement processes including tendering, contract negotiation, and award
Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
Conduct regular site inspections
Prepare detailed reports and updates for senior stakeholders
Manage project documentation
Support junior team members
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering Employer's Agent duties on residential and mixed-use developments
Degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and leading multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Asta Powerproject
Strong IT skills
Confident communicator with excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Professional accreditation such as MRICS or MCIOB (or working towards)
Understanding of NEC forms
