Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Employee Relations Manager to join our growing team, based in our Dublin office. This is a critical global role responsible for managing and resolving complex employee success matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment across our key international markets. You will serve as the primary ER expert for our operations in Israel, Iceland, and Norway, while also acting as a core generalist HR partner.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of employee relation issues, including complex disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, internal investigations, and conflict resolution across Israel, Iceland, and Norway
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on employment law and HR practices for the supported countries (Israel, Iceland, and Norway)
  • Ensure all ER policies and practices are locally compliant and aligned with global standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Employee Success Team in the US to ensure consistency in performance management, policy application, and overall employee experience across the supported regions
  • Leverage strong generalist HR knowledge to advise and support local leadership and HR colleagues on broader HR initiatives, including policy development, training, and change management
  • Conduct thorough, impartial, and confidential investigations into workplace complaints, harassment, and discrimination allegations, providing clear documentation and recommended outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, confidential case management records using ER case management tools, ensuring data integrity and audit-readiness
  • Proactively identify emerging ER risks and trends across supported regions, recommending preventative measures to reduce organizational exposure

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in employee success, Human Resources, or a related field, with a significant focus on complex cross-border or international ER matters
  • Demonstrable strong knowledge of employment law and regulatory environments, particularly within EMEA/international jurisdictions
  • Specific experience with labor laws in Israel, Iceland, and Norway is highly desirable
  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, including experience with performance management, compensation, benefits, and talent management principles
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically as needed

  • Implement the Employee Relations (ER) framework for their client groups, including strategies and proposals to continuously drive improvements in ER practices within the organization based on trust, mutual respect, strong performance management, and accountability in support of the goals of the organization
  • Help implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote ER best practices throughout the organization
  • Maintain and revise HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance, enhance the workplace and promote the company culture
  • Assess employment risk in coordination with HR leadership and Legal based on current regulatory landscape and anticipated changes
  • Take the lead in addressing employee issues, complaints, and complex investigations across functions and regions working in partnership with other HR, Legal, and compliance related teams
