Calculate renewal rates based on group experience, contract terms, and conditions. Assist the sales team during negotiations with prospects or existing clients, aligning client needs with benefits and budget considerations. Contact reinsurers as needed to support underwriting decisions and obtain necessary information. Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and department authority matrix. Prepare and present monthly reports and dashboards to track performance and outcomes. Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identifying trends and recommending improvements. Build and maintain relationships with other business areas to enhance communication and facilitate decision-making processes. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Actuarial Science from a reputable university
Medical background is an advantage
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Underwriter is required
