Provide expert consultation on highly complex behavioral risk cases, including critical workplace events, Fitness for Duty concerns, suicide risk, and other behavioral issues impacting the workplace
Lead or participate in providing assistance to individuals, such as professional counsel, consultation and clinical services related to a range of highly complex personal and work-related issues
Conduct behavioral threat assessments and lead the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team in partnership with Corporate Security, leveraging Structured Professional Judgment (SPJ) tools
Analyze complex issues requiring research, evaluation, and development of high‑impact, practical solutions
Provide expertise and recommendations for interpretation and revision of Employee Assistance programs and procedures in order to develop high impact behavioral health solutions
Lead assigned projects and project teams
collaborate with cross‑functional partners on enterprise initiatives
Influence, develop, implement, deliver, and maintain Employee Assistance Consulting (EAC) programs, products, and services within a line of business
Apply strong risk management practices to mitigate behavioral, employment, and reputational risk
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Assistance, Behavioral Health, or Threat Assessment consulting in an organizational setting (work experience, training, military service, or education)
Master's degree or higher with a behavioral health focus
