Job Responsibility:

  • Provide expert consultation on highly complex behavioral risk cases, including critical workplace events, Fitness for Duty concerns, suicide risk, and other behavioral issues impacting the workplace
  • Lead or participate in providing assistance to individuals, such as professional counsel, consultation and clinical services related to a range of highly complex personal and work-related issues
  • Conduct behavioral threat assessments and lead the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team in partnership with Corporate Security, leveraging Structured Professional Judgment (SPJ) tools
  • Analyze complex issues requiring research, evaluation, and development of high‑impact, practical solutions
  • Provide expertise and recommendations for interpretation and revision of Employee Assistance programs and procedures in order to develop high impact behavioral health solutions
  • Lead assigned projects and project teams
  • collaborate with cross‑functional partners on enterprise initiatives
  • Influence, develop, implement, deliver, and maintain Employee Assistance Consulting (EAC) programs, products, and services within a line of business
  • Apply strong risk management practices to mitigate behavioral, employment, and reputational risk
  • Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Employee Assistance, Behavioral Health, or Threat Assessment consulting in an organizational setting (work experience, training, military service, or education)
  • Master's degree or higher with a behavioral health focus
  • Active Behavioral Health Professional license

Nice to have:

  • Experience addressing complex, high‑risk employee relations matters requiring high‑impact solutions
  • Certified Threat Manager (CTM) or experience in Behavioral Threat Assessment & Management (BTAM)
  • Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related Behavioral Health field
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders on diverse and sensitive topics
  • Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
