Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Play a key leadership role in our emergency team
Guiding clinical decision-making
Mentoring colleagues
Shaping the development of our service
Delivering exceptional patient care and team support

Requirements:

BVSc (or equivalent) and registration to practice in Australia
Strong emergency and critical care skills
A passion for mentoring, coaching and team development
A calm, flexible approach and strong communication skills
A drive for continual learning, and a sense of humour when it counts!

Nice to have:

MANZCVS (ECC or similar)
