Job Responsibility

  • Play a key leadership role in our emergency team—guiding clinical decision-making, mentoring colleagues, and shaping the development of our service as we continue to grow
  • Work alongside experienced ECC vets, specialists and a team of highly skilled nurses, with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care and team support

Requirements

  • BVSc (or equivalent) and registration to practice in Australia
  • Strong emergency and critical care skills
  • A passion for mentoring, coaching and team development
  • A calm, flexible approach and strong communication skills
  • A drive for continual learning, and a sense of humour when it counts!

Nice to have

MANZCVS (ECC or similar) highly desirable but not essential
