Job Description:

As a Senior Email Retention Manager, you will support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives by developing and executing targeted email marketing strategies. This role is responsible for enhancing customer retention through personalized content and campaigns that align with BIOptimizers’ mission of biologically optimizing the health of humanity. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, Design and Operation teams to maximize customer lifetime value and contribute to our direct-to-consumer hypergrowth. The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise in email marketing and strong execution skills within a distributed, high-performance environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives by developing and executing targeted email marketing strategies
  • Enhance customer retention through personalized content and campaigns
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, BI, Design and Operation teams to maximize customer lifetime value and contribute to our direct-to-consumer hypergrowth

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing or customer retention within the e-commerce or consumer goods industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results through effective email segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to have:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and omnichannel marketing strategies
  • Relevant certifications in email marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Email Marketing Certification)
  • Familiarity with a consumer wellness brand operating in a hypergrowth environment
