Wagento Creative is a digital commerce agency helping brands grow through scalable eCommerce, performance marketing, and customer experience optimization. We work with ambitious businesses across B2B and B2C to turn traffic into revenue and customers into long-term advocates. Email is a core growth lever for us—not an afterthought. We’re looking for a senior email marketer with a proven track record—someone who has already built, scaled, and defended email as a revenue-driving channel. This role is ideal for a practitioner who has success stories, understands trade-offs, and knows how to turn data into decisions.
Job Responsibility:
Full ownership of email as a growth and retention channel (end-to-end email campaigns: promotional, newsletters)
Strategy + execution across campaigns, lifecycle automation, and personalization
Writing high-converting, brand-aligned copy (subject lines to CTAs)
Advanced segmentation personalization (RFM, behavior, engagement) and lifecycle design at scale
Deliverability strategy, compliance, and risk management
Mentoring junior team members and setting best practices
Run A/B tests and continuously optimize performance
Track and report KPIs: opens, CTR, conversions, revenue per email
Manage deliverability, list hygiene, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, DPDP)
Requirements:
7–10+ years of email marketing experience with documented wins (proven impact on engagement and/or revenue)
Strong American English copywriting skills
Experience owning email performance in eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments
