Job Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Developer/Technical Lead with deep expertise in Elixir and Erlang to help shape, mentor and grow our development team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set technical direction, ensure quality delivery and support the personal and professional growth of our engineers. You’ll spend around 80% of your time contributing directly to projects and 20% leading and supporting the wider engineering team through technical guidance, collaboration, and mentorship. As Technical Lead you will combine strong technical skills with the ability to guide and inspire others and ensure projects are delivered to a high standard while also creating a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and maintain technical and architectural standards across new and legacy projects
  • Lead design decisions and ensure solutions are implemented with quality and consistency
  • Provide technical mentorship and help colleagues to unblock challenges
