We’re looking for an experienced Senior Electronics Repair Technician to join our Sydney team. You’ll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and fault diagnosis of professional audio equipment — from amplifiers, mixing consoles, and wireless systems to digital signal processing racks and power distribution. This is a hands-on role requiring precision, initiative, and a deep understanding of live sound gear.

Job Responsibility:

  • Diagnose and repair electronic faults in audio production equipment
  • Carry out preventative maintenance, calibration, and testing of audio gear
  • Work closely with warehouse and engineering teams to ensure gear reliability
  • Document repairs, modifications, and test results accurately
  • Support in-house projects and equipment upgrades
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronics repair, ideally within pro audio, broadcast, or touring environments
  • Strong knowledge of analogue and digital electronics
  • Skilled in reading schematics, using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and soldering tools
  • Familiarity with leading brands of professional audio equipment
  • Proactive problem solver with attention to detail and time management
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
