  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary experts (mechanics, illumination, software, materials) to create manufacturable and robust solutions
  • Conduct customer trainings and provide technical guidance
  • Create and maintain high-quality content for TactoTek Online, enabling customers to design and implement IMSE solutions independently
  • Support internal and external stakeholders by documenting verified design methods and practices
  • Prepare design specifications and related technical documentation for manufacturing
  • Ensure that new design practices and IMSE methods are properly validated and communicated
  • Ensure that electronics-related IMSE concepts meet manufacturing feasibility, reliability, and quality requirements
  • Contribute to improving design methods, tools, and processes

Requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
  • Solid industry experience in multidisciplinary hardware development
  • Strong capability to work across domains with mechanics, illumination, materials, and software colleagues
  • Hands-on mindset and ability to work independently in laboratory, prototype, and R&D environments
  • Proficiency with electronics design tools such as Altium, Mentor, Eagle, or similar
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and technical writing skills in English

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of material technologies
  • Software skills (e.g., scripting, embedded basics)
  • EMC knowledge
  • Printed electronics background
  • Basic understanding of illumination design
  • Understanding of physics and multiphysics behavior
  • Experience in conducting trainings or workshops
What we offer:
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Flexible work environment
  • Remote-friendly culture
  • Work-life balance
  • Opportunity to collaborate with world-leading IMSE experts and globally recognized brands
  • Empowered to take responsibility for work
  • Opportunity to actively shape the evolution of role
