Senior Electrical Proposals Engineer

• Evaluating bids from Partners, Sub-contractors and suppliers and presenting recommendations to the Proposal Manager
• Contacting the Customer and other proposals disciplines, departments (engineering, construction etc.), Partners, Sub-contractors, and external Consultants to fulfill the Tender requirements
• Performing the technical and commercial correspondence with the Customer and external partners
• Composing Layout Plan of the proposal working closely with technical experts within the organization
• Composing Electrical Works proposal (documentation, drawings, time schedule, and budget)
• Clarifying with the Customer for the submitted offer
• Archiving and organizing the proposal data

• University Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience
• Previous experience in a similar role or being involved in proposal/tendering/sales procedures or project execution of Energy projects, will be considered as an asset
• Strong Knowledge of electrical engineering aspects on Energy Projects
• Experience in working with multi-cultural project teams, across different locations and time zones
• Fluency in English is essential
• Knowledge of either French or German will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel on a regular basis to customer and project locations in Greece and abroad
