University Degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience
Previous experience in a similar role or being involved in proposal/tendering/sales procedures or project execution of Energy projects, will be considered as an asset
Strong Knowledge of electrical engineering aspects on Energy Projects
Experience in working with multi-cultural project teams, across different locations and time zones
Fluency in English is essential
Knowledge of either French or German will be an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to travel on a regular basis to customer and project locations in Greece and abroad

Job Responsibility

Evaluating bids from Partners, Sub-contractors and suppliers and presenting recommendations to the Proposal Manager
Contacting the Customer and other proposals disciplines, departments (engineering, construction etc.), Partners, Sub-contractors, and external Consultants to fulfill the Tender requirements
Performing the technical and commercial correspondence with the Customer and external partners
Composing Layout Plan of the proposal working closely with technical experts within the organization
Composing Electrical Works proposal (documentation, drawings, time schedule, and budget)
Clarifying with the Customer for the submitted offer
Archiving and organizing the proposal data
