Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the in-house authority for U.S. electrical engineering at Endra
  • Lead customer rollouts, from early pilots through full production adoption
  • Ensure Endra’s electrical outputs meet real-world design standards, code requirements, and jurisdictional expectations
  • Act as the bridge between product, engineering, and customers, translating field realities into product improvements
  • Define and uphold engineering quality bars for automated electrical design
  • Support customers through design reviews, QA processes, and authority-having-jurisdiction (AHJ) feedback
  • Help scale Endra’s engineering methodology across firms, project types, and regions

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of electrical engineering experience in a top-tier firm
  • Expert-level proficiency in Revit for electrical systems, including: Power distribution, lighting, and life-safety systems
  • Worksharing, view templates, families, schedules, and documentation standards
  • Debugging complex models and resolving coordination issues
  • Demonstrated experience delivering projects across multiple jurisdictions with differing: Electrical codes (NEC variants, local amendments)
  • Utility standards
  • AHJ review processes
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end electrical design workflows, from concept through permit and construction documents
  • Proven ability to own outcomes, not just produce designs
  • Systems-oriented, first-principles thinker who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Excellent communication skills with both engineers and non-engineers

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting or leading firm-wide Revit standards or BIM execution plans
  • Exposure to automation, computational design, or engineering software tools
  • Background working directly with clients, contractors, and reviewers
  • Familiarity with the broader construction technology ecosystem
  • Interest in shaping how engineering expertise is encoded into software
