Serve as the discipline engineer responsible for delivering high-quality technical services
Perform concept definition, engineering studies, design development, and preparation of engineering documents in compliance with approved standards and procedures
Review, verify, and approve technical designs and bids according to established standards
Ensure timely delivery of engineering services to meet project requirements
Provide advice and support on electrical engineering matters throughout all project stages
Plan and coordinate activities of engineering teams to deliver technical services, including reviewing execution strategies
Support discipline leadership in managing engineering standards and participate in technical assurance and standardization activities
Approve or endorse technical deviations, waivers, and variations to guidelines, codes, and standards
Ensure compliance with environmental, process, and safety policies
Contribute to competency development and structured training programs for junior engineers
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Professional certification (Grade A) preferred
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, and civil projects
Strong knowledge of international standards related to electrical engineering
Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in engineering projects across multiple environments
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Skilled in resolving technical challenges within electrical engineering and adjacent disciplines
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within deadlines, including urgent unscheduled activities
Strong coordination and teamwork skills with internal and external stakeholders
