Job Responsibility

  • Own the core electrical calculation logic, ensuring all changes are backed by sound engineering reasoning
  • Actively participate in designing advanced electrical systems and documenting calculations for groundbreaking new features
  • Translate complex electrical engineering requirements into actionable technical specifications for our development teams
  • Perform rigorous hand calculations and testing to validate that our software meets the highest industry standards
  • Provide high-level technical guidance across global teams, maintaining an expert level of calculation knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent high-level industry experience
  • 5+ years of proven experience in electrical engineering with a focus on Building Services
  • Strong knowledge of LV and HV calculations, including standards such as BS7671, IEC 60364, and IEC 60909
  • Highly skilled at conducting manual hand calculations to verify software implementation

Nice to have

  • Chartered Engineer status (or working toward it)
  • Direct experience with CAD products like Revit or TED products such as ProDesign
  • Familiarity with European regulations such as NEN1010 or VDE0100
