Job Description

Oswego Studios—a Buffalo Groupe company and 35-year corporate video leader based in Lakewood, Colorado—seeks a reliable, experienced and detail-oriented Senior Editor to create engaging stories and help elevate the visual standard of our content across a wide range of clients and industries.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage creative edits from ingest to final export using original raw footage to select the best takes and create compelling stories for delivery to a range of platforms
  • Collaborate with producers and multiple stakeholders to meet or exceed client expectations on time and within budget
  • Work within established post-production workflows
  • Create motion graphics, sound design and perform color grading at a professional level
  • Be up-to-date on current trends in the industry, both creatively and technically

Requirements

  • Experience with NLE editing software (DaVinci Resolve preferred, Adobe or Avid)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and make revisions appropriately
  • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume facility and manage multiple projects
  • Experience creating motion graphics, color correction, & sound design
  • Familiarity with documentary style edits, social media and short-form content
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video, Media Production, or equivalent professional experience
  • Portfolio or reel required
