My client, a rapidly growing Beauty brand has an amazing opportunity for a Senior Ecommerce Manager to join their team at a pivotal time of change and expansion.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee day-to-day management of the website
  • Ensure product pages are set up and maintained
  • Curate general site content
  • Plan, brief, and execute global and regional campaigns across various marketing channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to ensure timely execution
  • Work closely with supply chain teams to maintain stock levels and ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with business goals
  • Optimise user experience
  • Analyse performance metrics
  • Manage budgets effectively
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in senior e-commerce roles
  • Experience outside of the UK and US is preferable
  • Shopify experience is advantageous
  • Strong commercial and trade experience
  • Proficiency in digital platforms and analytics tools
  • Hands-on operational experience in managing e-commerce platforms
  • Team management skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channel strategies
