At Coty, we are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Key Account Manager for the e-retailer and pure player customers. This is a unique role with a high impact on the growth of Coty E-commerce. You will be part of a talented family of people, combining passion for Beauty with the strong ambition to grow brands and customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Define and lead Coty’s pure player customer strategy in the countries and accounts under scope
  • Align customer growth plans with Coty’s strategic priorities - balancing scale, selectivity, and local relevance
  • Oversee trade terms, pricing corridors, and promotion frameworks to drive profitable, sustainable growth
  • Lead negotiations and investment planning, grounded in pricing governance, competitive insight and financial impact
  • Partner with regional teams (RGM, Finance, Supply, Online Retail Media, Digital Shelf) and local markets to enable seamless execution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, International Management)
  • Extensive Account Management Experience (05–10 yrs): expertise managing top European customers (pure players preferred) with full P&L ownership
  • Commercial Leadership: Skilled in trade terms, pricing strategy, forecasting, and commercial negotiations to drive accretive growth across markets.
  • Deep beauty e-commerce background
  • Strong passion for e-commerce & business & beauty
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable operating in a matrix

  • Advanced MS-Office skills, expertise with e-com analysis tools and BI solutions is a plus
