As our Senior eCom Experience Planner you will be working in the intersection of Marketing, Technology and Business. Together with Content Managers, CRM specialists, UX/UI designers and copywriters you will be responsible for driving execution within the Experience team that will create the optimal brand experience and business value. You will report to the Director of eCom Experience.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a team of Content Managers to ensure that we show up in an optimal way and are following roadmaps and priorities
Foster a collaborative, solution-oriented, and high-performance team culture
Act as a key liaison between strategic planning, Brand teams, Regional teams, Product launch team and Internal design agency to execute across website and CRM
Translate strategies and business objectives into clear briefs, execution plans, timelines and oversee end-to-end execution
Develop and maintain the eCom Experience project board and calendar across website and CRM
Ensure all experiences are compliant with brand standards, optimized and cohesive across all touchpoints on website and CRM, and delivered on schedule
Collaborate cross-functionally to align needs, anticipate dependencies, and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks
Review performance to identify opportunities for optimization, improvements to workflows, processes, and planning to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years' experience from working in a project managing role within eCom, digital marketing, content operations or related fields
Proven experience of leading high performing teams
Hands-on experience with tech platforms such as CMS and eCommerce systems to effectively plan, explain and execute creative ideas
Experience in working with the consumer from a 360-degree perspective in a technical and creative environment
Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional digital initiatives
Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
Familiarity with CMS, CRM, and digital campaign workflows
