Job Description

We are seeking a high-level Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Specialist to spearhead the evolution of a complex document management ecosystem. Operating within the Canadian Banking Sector, this role focuses on transitioning legacy frameworks toward cutting-edge, cloud-native architectures. You will serve as a bridge between strategic planning and technical deployment, ensuring that content infrastructure is resilient, modern, and aligned with global financial standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Evaluate existing FileNet architectures to design and execute a comprehensive transition plan toward CP4BA environments
  • Act as the technical lead for stabilizing the ICN ecosystem and managing critical application upgrades (Datacap) to meet rigorous institutional standards
  • Collaborate with Security and Network teams to refine storage solutions (FSx), access protocols, and system connectivity
  • Develop indexing schemas and oversee IBM Content Collector (ICC) integrations for seamless file and email ingestion
  • Architect Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks, manage CyberArk security integrations, and conduct deep-dive risk assessments
  • Document transition workflows and define the target operating model for post-migration sustainability

Requirements

  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Extensive experience with the IBM FileNet P8 suite, including CPE, ICN, Case Manager, Datacap, and ICC
  • Proven success migrating enterprise systems to Cloud (AWS or Azure) and CP4BA platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of HADR configurations, storage migration (FSx), and BAI optimization
  • Experience navigating the compliance, security, and agility requirements of a large-scale financial institution

Nice to have

Proficiency in French is considered a strong asset
