Tecolote is searching for a Senior Earned Value Management Analyst to provide Earned Value Management (EVM) support to our government customers, to include analysis on monthly Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) from development contractors.
Job Responsibility:
Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors
Work on-site with the customer at a secure facility at Space Systems Command (SSC)
Support the management of major Air Force and Space Force programs at SSC
Perform EVM analysis and communicate results to program managers to inform decision-making
Plan, Participate, and sometimes lead Integrated Baseline Review (IBR) activities
Prepare briefings, management plans, and technical reports for the customer
Instruct/mentor project officers on EVM policies, processes, and procedures
Requirements:
Applicants must possess 8-12 years of Earned Value Management (EVM) and Program Control experience, preferably with the Department of Defense or commercial aerospace programs
Applicants must demonstrate analytic and presentation skills, be proficient with EVM systems software tools, such as wInsight, and possess extensive knowledge of EVM industry standards and practices
Applicants should have experience leading and supporting Compliance Analysis, Performance Analysis, Predictability Analysis, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and EVM specific training
Applicants should have familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating
Prior work at SSC and/or space programs is highly desirable
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, due to the national security nature of the position
Additionally, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, and be willing and able to work in secure facilities (e.g. a SCIF or SAPF)
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
