Job Description:

Our baby unit offers a loving and stimulating environment, featuring special activities like baby spa days that enhance early development and wellbeing.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team
  • Identify areas for improvements whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or, creating more stimulating experiences and environments
  • Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met
  • Responsible for ensuring all record keeping requirements are regularly completed, as well as conducting your team appraisals
  • Work in partnership with other Room Leads and management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery

Requirements:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 or above qualification within early years
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
  • Demonstrable leadership experience (within Early Years)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
