Job Responsibility

  • Deliver care to the children whilst also supervising your team
  • Identify areas for improvements relating to learning and teaching techniques or creating more stimulating experiences and environments
  • Embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your room are met
  • Ensure all record keeping requirements are regularly completed
  • Conduct your team appraisals
  • Work in partnership with other Room Leads and the management team to ensure the successful running of the nursery

Requirements

  • A Level 3 or above qualification within early years
  • Proven experience working as an Early Years Educator (Nursery Nurse/Practitioner)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
  • Excellent communication skills with both children and adults
