The UK, Europe & Middle East Africa (MEA) Early Career team directly supports Citi businesses in the attraction, selection, recruitment and program management of graduate, internship, placement, apprenticeship and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) hires. In this role you will be managing the end-to-end early career talent acquisition delivery of the UK, Europe & MEA Banking Analyst, Internship and Placement Programs.
Job Responsibility
Manage the end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and program management for early career offerings for the Banking Division across UK, Europe and MEA
Partner with internal business stakeholders on setting the talent acquisition strategy
Act as a credible business expert on campus talent acquisition market trends
Ensure best practice and fully compliant recruitment processes are followed
Keep the candidate tracking system and candidate pipeline updated on a day-to-day basis
Plan and host interview days, assessment centres and other relevant selection/offer events
Attend and lead the assessment centres and wash up sessions with the relevant business stakeholders
Support candidate engagement activity
Produce candidate Management Information/statistics for both the business and early career talent acquisition colleagues
Ensure all Citi applicants receive an excellent candidate experience during their application journey
Train the supporting screening teams to ensure a clear understanding of analyst/associate profile and criteria is achieved
Review and innovate processes and procedures when identified to improve efficiency
Assist if required in any additional engagement events and programs including the spring and summer programs
Support program management activities to ensure onboarding, development, and engagement initiatives are executed effectively
Support the University Relations team by attending on-campus and in-office attraction events
Be involved with wider Early Career talent acquisition projects and initiatives
Requirements
Recruitment experience required ideally within an early career /graduate recruitment function or agency
Experience in UK, Europe & MEA intern & graduate hiring programs is an advantage
Demonstrated skills in managing multiple recruitment campaigns and early career programs, with strong attention to detail, organisational and prioritisation abilities
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, internal teams and external partners across multiple countries
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audience, from candidates to senior stakeholders
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and ability to provide insights and reports to inform decision making
Understanding of the banking industry and culture is an advantage
