Our partner is a global leader in urban mobility and vertical transportation solutions. We are looking for a senior E-Learning Specialist to join their team in Budapest for a 2-years fixed-term assignment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and produce high-quality e-learning, videos, and simulations from concept to launch
  • Partner with European stakeholders to identify gaps and create targeted training solutions
  • Define clear goals and build interactive experiences that boost engagement and retention
  • Use cutting-edge tools to create immersive audio, video, and graphic assets
  • Standardize learning services and drive continuous improvement across the HR portfolio
  • Coach digital production specialists and lead the onboarding of new team members
  • Manage learning projects, track latest trends, and handle evolving business needs

Requirements:

  • University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Instructional Design, EdTech, or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience developing training content using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and e-learning suites
  • Proficient in visual design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Vyond
  • Strong grasp of learning principles and the ability to translate complex business needs into engaging digital solutions
  • Proven track record in agile project management, coordinating end-to-end initiatives across diverse, global stakeholder groups
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, complex environments
  • Excellent interpersonal and English skills
