Our partner is a global leader in urban mobility and vertical transportation solutions. We are looking for a senior E-Learning Specialist to join their team in Budapest for a 2-years fixed-term assignment.
Job Responsibility:
Design and produce high-quality e-learning, videos, and simulations from concept to launch
Partner with European stakeholders to identify gaps and create targeted training solutions
Define clear goals and build interactive experiences that boost engagement and retention
Use cutting-edge tools to create immersive audio, video, and graphic assets
Standardize learning services and drive continuous improvement across the HR portfolio
Coach digital production specialists and lead the onboarding of new team members
Manage learning projects, track latest trends, and handle evolving business needs
Requirements:
University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Instructional Design, EdTech, or a related discipline
Extensive experience developing training content using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise) and e-learning suites
Proficient in visual design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and Vyond
Strong grasp of learning principles and the ability to translate complex business needs into engaging digital solutions
Proven track record in agile project management, coordinating end-to-end initiatives across diverse, global stakeholder groups
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, complex environments
Excellent interpersonal and English skills
