Job Responsibility:
Own the performance and growth of our digital sales channels with a strong commercial and strategic focus
Lead the e-commerce strategy to ensure our offer, communication, and value proposition are relevant, attractive, and competitive for both new and existing customers
Coordinate total online activity, from promotions and prioritization to copy, messaging, and offers
ensuring alignment with commercial and product teams
Work closely with traffic-generating teams to secure sufficient traffic from internal and external sources, driving acquisition, cross-sell, upsell, and retention through seamless, high-converting digital journeys
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales roles
Proven track record growing subscription-based digital businesses (telecom experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success leading full-funnel optimization and commercial strategy in digital channels
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actions
Strong business acumen with ability to understand market context and competitive landscape
Ability to translate insights into relevant offers, messaging, and value propositions
Expertise in web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics or similar)
Deep understanding of digital funnels, customer behavior, and e-commerce best practices in subscription contexts
Experience with experimentation frameworks, A/B testing, conversion tactics, and merchandising
Skilled in traffic strategy and coordination across internal and external sources
Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, product, IT, and operations
Strong leadership and stakeholder management
Commercially driven with a growth mindset
Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Strategic thinker who can also execute operationally
