At No7 Beauty Company, we’re looking for a motivated and tenacious Senior E-Commerce Executive to join our Digital Team in Nottingham. This is your chance to deliver a personalised digital experience and support our commercial plan through innovative strategies and best-in-class digital merchandising.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the ownership of the online plan, managing day-to-day operations to meet financial targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of our commercial strategies
  • Optimise product setups and identify opportunities to drive growth on Lizearle.com
  • Manage day to day promotion set up on site
  • Support the eCommerce manager in maintaining strong relationships with Operations and Demand teams
  • Implement digital initiatives alongside our IT team and enhance the online customer journey through effective digital merchandising

Requirements

  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse financial information clearly
  • Experience in CMS management (preferably SFCC) and familiarity with Jira and Adobe stack
  • A genuine interest in beauty and digital trends
  • A collaborative spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment while also being able to work autonomously
