Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to work with a key client. For several ongoing and upcoming initiatives, we are looking for an external Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Specialist who will work on multiple projects across Sweden, the Netherlands, and Germany. As a Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Specialist, you act as a trusted expert for customer engagement and marketing automation solutions. You combine deep functional knowledge of Customer Insights – Journeys with strong technical understanding and advisory skills, enabling teams to design and deliver high-quality, scalable customer journeys across markets. You will work in international, agile teams and collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams.
Job Responsibility:
Acting as a subject-matter expert for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Analyzing complex customer, marketing, and business requirements across multiple countries
Translating requirements into scalable customer engagement and journey solutions
Designing, configuring, and optimizing: Real-time customer journeys
Event-based and trigger-driven interactions
Segmentation and audience management
Email, SMS, push notifications, and other outbound channels
Implementing and optimizing consent, preference, and subscription management in line with GDPR and country-specific regulations
Designing functional and technical solutions aligned with Sales, Customer Service, and external platforms
Supporting and designing integrations between Customer Insights – Journeys and other enterprise systems (e.g. websites, data platforms, external tooling)
Ensuring data quality, performance, and reusability of journey components
Working in an agile delivery model and taking ownership of end-to-end outcomes
Coordinating and aligning work across multiple projects and international stakeholders
Providing guidance and functional leadership to other consultants and developers
Creating clear documentation and supporting knowledge transfer and adoption
Proactively advising on improvements, best practices, and roadmap decisions within the Customer Insights domain
Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant and/or developer
