5+ years of web development experience in a digital agency or similar fast-paced environment

Job Responsibility

Translate custom Figma designs into production-ready websites using Webflow and WordPress
lead custom theme development in Drupal
Provide accurate estimates for new and existing development initiatives

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other developers
Work alongside UX, strategy, and design teams during pre-development planning
Contribute to sprint demos, functional requirements, issue resolution, and quality assurance
