Job Responsibility

Design, document, and maintain the architecture of the Service Management domain

Together with the domain SDM, develop and reflect the business vision of multiple lines of business in the domain's long-term vision

Provide guidance on the planning and design of domain-related initiatives
Create architecture artifacts to support and capture design decisions
Take ownership of core deliverables within the Enterprise Architecture Repository for the assigned domains
