Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and experienced Senior Document Controller to join our diverse team, based in our Manila office. You will be responsible for managing and ensuring the quality control and organisation of all project documentation, including submitting the documents in a timely manner end ensuring compliance with project requirements. You will also provide advice on records/documents management and develop and implement new processes. As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with colleagues across multiple offices and clients to ensure the smooth flow of information and documents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience implementing and maintaining quality/document control systems or record management, ideally on multidisciplinary, large-scale projects, preferably within the Construction, Building or Engineering industry
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar senior role
  • Previous change management experience and the ability to bring people along for the journey
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to carry out the processing of documentation – quality assurance
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to lead a small team
  • Excellent time management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage conflicting priorities
  • Willingness to make recommendations for procedural improvement including elevation of known inefficiencies
  • Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Good understanding of technical and engineering terminology
