Senior Distributions Manager

• Develop and implement distribution strategies across all Nordic markets to ensure optimal online and offline channel mix and cost of sale
• Deliver business plan insights by analyzing distribution data and market trends to influence strategic decision-making
• Support full funnel media planning by collaborating with marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and conversion across channels
• Develop holistic distribution frameworks including traffic, transactions, conversion rates, and cost of sale models to maximize profit
• Collect channel input to influence risk assessment, understand mitigation needs, and capitalize on opportunities
• Collaborate with channel owners and teams to ensure an integrated distribution planning approach

• Proven experience in distribution planning, channel management, or similar roles
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Experience in media planning and channel attribution modeling to drive efficient customer acquisition strategies
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition costs and return on marketing investment for channel optimization
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to influence at various levels and work with cross-functional teams effectively
• Knowledge of the Nordic travel market and distribution landscape
• Strong understanding of digital sales and marketing strategies, including online customer engagement and lead generation
• Proficiency in data visualization and presentation to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for stakeholders
