Job Responsibility

  • Define and execute the enterprise strategy, roadmap, governance, and optimization efforts for Workday, UKG, and related business systems
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve workforce management, HR operations, payroll, finance, supply chain, employee experience, and operational effectiveness through technology
  • Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators, operational metrics, and strategic goals to drive accountability, continuous improvement, and organizational success
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for managers, analysts, and technical teams while building a high-performing and engaged workforce
  • Utilize enterprise applications, workforce data, analytics, and business intelligence tools to support strategic planning, resource management, and executive decision-making
  • Manage departmental budgets, vendor relationships, resource allocation, compliance requirements, and enterprise technology investments while partnering with executive leadership on long-term organizational priorities

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of related experience
  • Extensive leadership experience supporting Workday, UKG, HRIS, ERP, workforce management, or enterprise business systems
  • Proven experience developing enterprise application strategies, technology roadmaps, governance models, and digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources, Payroll, Workforce Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and related business operations
  • Experience leading large teams, managing complex projects, and driving cross-functional organizational change initiatives
  • Strong business acumen, financial management, vendor management, and operational leadership skills
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and executive leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's Degree required
