Job Description:

Provides application development leadership for the implementation of key technology initiatives that drive Marriott International's Digital strategy in a fast-paced, mission critical environment. This role will be responsible for advancing Marriott’s Digital platform in alignment with our core business objectives and enterprise architecture principles. Fosters innovation and manages the application development team with a focus on promoting client satisfaction. Collaborates with other technology leaders, business partners and promotes agile application development practices and processes across the enterprise. Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience/certification
  • 8+ years’ experience in product management, strategy, or related function
  • 3+ years’ experience leading direct reports and cross functional teams with P&L responsibility
  • 8+ years Web / Mobile / Digital/ Technology experience
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization
  • Direct management of complex budgets in excess of $2M
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate effectively in a matrix-managed environment
