Job Responsibility

  • Overall technical responsibility: assume technical management responsibility for the portfolio in the area of Video Product Technology Management and oversee the development of specifications for products in the field of imaging and OR integration
  • Strategic portfolio development: define the strategic direction of the portfolio
  • Leadership and development: lead and develop several senior directors and directors and their teams
  • Technical excellence & compliance: ensure that technical specifications are market-leading and that regulatory requirements are met worldwide
  • Interface management: act as a bridge between the Solutions and CRD teams and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Promotion of innovation: drive innovation and ensure that technological impulses are successfully transferred to product development and solution management

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences or similar
  • 10-15 years of experience in a technical industry or, ideally, medical Technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in a management position leading upstream or technical downstream functions
  • Knowledge of AI and innovation trends
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of clinical applications, medical devices and Technologies
  • Excellent conflict management, risk management and communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
