The Senior Director, Talent, leads global recruiting strategy, fosters partnerships, leverages data and AI, and enhances the company's employer brand. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer and Head of People, the role oversees a team of ~15 talent acquisition professionals. The company's hybrid hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, and Santiago, Chile.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business goals and scales with growth
Ensure the recruiting function is efficient, effective, and capable of meeting hiring demands
Continuously improve processes and policies to align with industry best practices
Develop, mentor, and grow the team of talent acquisition professionals
Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand their talent needs
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership to optimize recruiting efforts
Utilize data and analytics to drive improvements in hiring velocity and quality of hire
Implement metrics and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for enhancement
Integrate AI and innovative tools into the recruiting process
Explore and implement new technologies to streamline operations and improve candidate experience
Expand the talent pool in LATAM, specifically in Santiago, Chile
Build and enhance the employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice
Set overarching talent acquisition strategies and provide hands-on leadership for day-to-day recruiting activities
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing recruiting teams, including experience overseeing both technical and non-technical recruiting functions
Experience in recruiting within LATAM and understanding of the regional talent landscape
Expertise in leveraging data and analytics and industry benchmarks to improve recruiting strategies and outcomes
Familiarity with AI and technology-driven recruiting tools and practices, and continued awareness of industry best practices and emerging trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes
Passion for developing and mentoring team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
Willingness to lead in a hands-on, high-performance environment
Nice to have:
Familiarity with AI and technology-driven recruiting tools
Experience in recruiting within LATAM
