The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is the steward of Acquisition.com’s most important asset: our people. As the leader of the talent acquisition function, this role is equal parts strategist, builder, and culture carrier. The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition is accountable for building a hiring engine that compounds talent quality over time, strengthens trust across the organization, and enables the business to win through people.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy to support company growth and long-term workforce planning
  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing recruiting team and talent acquisition infrastructure
  • Partner with executives and business unit leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
  • Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, systems, and best practices
  • Manage the capacity of the team, tracking when to use temporary support vs new full time roles
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience to attract top-tier talent
  • Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
  • Monitor recruiting metrics and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and internal policies

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership, including experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of building and executing successful recruiting strategies for diverse functions and senior-level roles
  • Strong leadership and people development skills with experience managing recruiting teams
  • Expertise in sourcing, talent pipeline development, and hiring process optimization
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategy with organizational goals
  • Experience leveraging recruiting technology, ATS platforms, and talent analytics
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
