Job Responsibility:
Lead the overall talent acquisition strategy to support company growth and long-term workforce planning
Build, manage, and develop a high-performing recruiting team and talent acquisition infrastructure
Partner with executives and business unit leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements
Design and implement scalable recruiting processes, systems, and best practices
Manage the capacity of the team, tracking when to use temporary support vs new full time roles
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience to attract top-tier talent
Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles
Monitor recruiting metrics and optimize performance through data-driven decision-making
Ensure compliance with employment laws, hiring regulations, and internal policies
Drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency, quality of hire, and team performance
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting leadership, including experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
Proven track record of building and executing successful recruiting strategies for diverse functions and senior-level roles
Strong leadership and people development skills with experience managing recruiting teams
Expertise in sourcing, talent pipeline development, and hiring process optimization
Strong business acumen with the ability to align talent strategy with organizational goals
Experience leveraging recruiting technology, ATS platforms, and talent analytics
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree required
