A $1B+ service-sector organization is seeking a high-impact Order-to-Cash leader to own and transform end-to-end revenue, billing, and cash flow operations. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving Operating Cash Flow performance through operational discipline, process optimization, and strong cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can operate in the weeds when needed, while also stepping back to design scalable processes, enforce governance, and build a high-performing organization.

Job Responsibility

  • Driving Operating Cash Flow improvements through accuracy, timeliness, and process efficiency
  • Identifying and eliminating revenue leakage and operational breakdowns through data-driven analysis
  • Building scalable governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards
  • Leading billing and revenue process transformation initiatives, including automation and system enhancements
  • Partnering closely with FP&A, Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Technology to ensure alignment across the business
  • Supporting downstream AR and collections quality through strong upstream controls
  • Developing and leading a large, multi-layered team (70+ employees), including Managers, and individual contributors
  • Establishing structure, accountability, and operating rhythms across a complex organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 10–15+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or revenue accounting
  • 5+ years of experience leading teams within a structured organization (Managers, Senior Managers, and Analysts)
  • Demonstrated expertise leading the end-to-end billing / order-to-cash lifecycle, including integration with revenue recognition
  • Strong track record of improving operational efficiency, scalability, and cash flow performance in complex environments

Nice to have

  • MBA and/or CPA
  • Experience within large, contract-based, service-sector or operationally complex organizations
  • ERP/CRM systems experience (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce)
