Senior Director, Security Engineering

As Senior Director of Security Engineering, you will lead and scale our Security Engineering capability—owning its vision, maturity, and impact across client delivery, internal operations, and long-term growth. This role blends strategic leadership, deep technical credibility, and a consulting mindset, ensuring security is embedded into how we design, build, ship, and operate modern systems. You will guide Directors and senior practitioners, shape security strategy across platforms and products, and serve as a trusted advisor to executives, clients, and internal partners. This role reports to a VP of Product Engineering Services and works closely with engineering, platform, delivery, sales, and operations leadership.
