Job Responsibility

  • Lead a Transformation: drive a deep strategic review of our systems, integrations, and automation
  • Shape Strategy: set the direction for the revenue organisation, bringing a highly strategic approach to our commercial and go-to-market decision-making
  • Empower a Driven Team: lead and mentor a diverse, high-performing team across Billing, Collections, and Revenue Accounting
  • Optimise & Automate: identify gaps and drive the automation of billing and revenue systems to improve efficiency and Standardise Processes
  • Master Complexity: navigate complex revenue arrangements (ASC 606/ASC 340-40), ensuring our financial foundation supports our Global Footprint and ambitious growth

Requirements

  • Strategic & Systems Thinking: ability to look deeply at integrations and automation, spotting opportunities for improvement
  • Deep Experience: Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive experience, with at least 8 years in revenue leadership at public companies or firms
  • Technical Authority: CPA with a mastery of US GAAP (ASC 606/340-40) and deep expertise in financial systems like Zuora (Billing/RevPro) and NetSuite
  • Change Management: thrive in environments undergoing alignment and change
  • Communication Mastery: can land complex concepts with diverse audiences, from engineering to executive leadership

Nice to have

  • Experience navigating an accounting and revenue organisation of similar global size
  • A background in data-driven environments or consumption-based business models
  • A track record of successfully leading teams through major system integrations or overhauls
