Job Description:

Senior leadership role heading the Professional Services team at PagerDuty, responsible for driving customer success through design, implementation, and continuous improvement of service delivery. Leading a high-performing team and partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale the business.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and own delivery methodology
Scale delivery to support senior consultants
Team leadership of project managers, consultants, and technical experts
Customer engagement for enterprise customers
Operational excellence through KPIs and process improvements
Stakeholder collaboration with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support
Thought leadership on industry trends and AI advancements

Requirements:

Proven experience (10+ years) in professional services, consulting, or a related field
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated success in building and scaling delivery methodologies for complex, multi-phase projects
Strong understanding of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches)
Experience designing delivery models that support and enable senior-level consultants
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) a plus
