Job Description

As a Senior Director of Product, you will lead at scale, driving strategy, execution, and cross-functional delivery across one of Deel’s most complex and impactful product areas. You will shape the roadmap, align global teams, and work with customers and stakeholders to bring ambitious ideas to life. You will operate in an environment that values speed, quality, and accountability in equal measure, and you will balance strategic leadership with the ability to dive deep and execute when needed.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead delivery of major product initiatives from strategy through execution, balancing customer impact, quality, and velocity
  • Define, communicate, and drive product strategy across your area, influencing teams of 15–20 Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Partner with leaders across Engineering, Design, Operations, Finance, Legal, and GTM to deliver scalable, high-integrity products
  • Manage complex customer and operational challenges directly, ensuring learnings feed back into the roadmap
  • Build scalable product development systems that keep teams aligned and focused on measurable outcomes
  • Operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, earning credibility through clarity, follow-through, and delivery
  • Support organisational scaling efforts as Deel continues to expand globally
  • Establish strong routines for alignment, prioritisation, and accountability across time zones

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in senior product leadership
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-team product organisations in complex domains
  • Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing PM talent
  • Deep understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods
  • Comfortable working both strategically and tactically, leading teams while owning key initiatives directly
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth product environments
  • Experience working in fully remote or global teams a strong plus
