Job Responsibility

  • Lead a team of 1 to 2 Product Marketers who each own a specific market area
  • Collaborate closely with GTM to develop sales tools, enablement resources, as well as product and persona-focused collateral
  • Focusing on team leadership, team building, mentorship, and setting goals/OKRs for a high-performing Product Marketing team
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans that include messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support successful product adoption
  • Coordinate the timing and execution of product launches to ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives
  • Create new ways of working such as GTM & Product Councils to align stakeholders around launches as well as facilitate feedback directly from the field

Requirements

  • Experience within SaaS B2B companies - even if in other roles prior to PMM
  • 10+ years of Product Marketing or relevant experience (at least 5 of those should be direct Product Marketing experience)
  • Procurement Industry focus
  • 3+ years of leading a team
  • Experience crafting compelling, value-driven product and partnerships messaging and positioning
  • Technical competence (knowing the technical ins and outs of how their product works)
  • Great at simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling stories
  • Exhibits empathy for customers & prospects
  • Able to think big picture and prioritize what’s most important, but also able to roll up sleeves and ship compelling work product
  • Thrives in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous situations
