BlackLine is entering a pivotal phase of growth—driven by accelerated product innovation, a platform-first strategy, and a renewed focus on delivering differentiated, AI-powered value to the Office of the CFO. To support this next chapter, we are seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to play a highly visible leadership role in shaping product strategy, elevating market narratives, and activating cross-functional go-to-market execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • MBA preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, presales, strategy consulting or a related role in enterprise SaaS/technology
  • Experience in ERP, Enterprise Performance Management, Enterprise & Data Analytics and Business Intelligence highly preferred
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Proven experience partnering closely with Product Management to influence roadmaps and requirements
  • Track record of successfully launching products and enablement programs in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Strong track record of defining product narratives and activating GTM strategies in complex, multi-product environments
  • Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, PreSales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Executive Leadership
  • World-class project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions

  • Experience working in highly matrixed enterprise SaaS companies to drive business outcomes across Sales, Presales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Management, Alliances, etc.
  • Ability to present internally from senior leadership to drive action, partner with functional leaders as well as externally with industry analysts, strategic events, partners and customers
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools
  • Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Series C through IPO and in public companies highly preferred
