JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Director of IT Product Management oversees leads and manages product teams throughout the product development process to achieve business outcomes that are aligned with the business and technology strategy. This role is responsible for guiding the vision overseeing multiple product roadmaps and ensuring successful delivery of the products from a technical perspective. This role will further focus on building better processes honing existing ones improving overall team performance and building consensus across the organization. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Advocates for the IT Product Management team and serves as the ambassador for the entire product strategy. • Understands the company’s strategy and vision and drives and delivers technology strategy and products that support that vision building and maintaining alignment across initiatives at all times. • Responsible for connecting the product team to the company product or portfolio vision. • Develops a mechanism to capture customer user and market feedback on where the product is headed and guides the team on utilizing this data to inform strategy. • Collaborates with other leaders across the organization in order to ensure that the outcomes are met and strives to improve how the cross-functional and product teams work together. • Partners with other technology leaders aligning to enterprise architecture and compliance standards vision and policies and overall best practices and drive solutions that solve validated business problems. • Establishes and shares visual product roadmaps outlining product portfolio strategies informed by customer and business needs which drives organizational consensus and support for where the product team is headed. • Leverages the strengths of the product teams for the benefit of the company while coaching individual product managers to excel. • Attracts builds manages and develops a talented diverse equitable and inclusive team of technology product managers and other roles with related responsibilities. Ensures the team is engaged and operating effectively in all facets. • Ensures team goals are measurable and ensures technology products are delivering unique value for the business. • Builds better processes and optimizes existing ones strengthening overall team performance. • Follows and augments Product Management best practices and ensures product managers are strong and capable.   • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams for adoption
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our solutions and share industry insights
  • Represent the product in analyst briefings, including product positioning, demos, and market insights relevant to analyst categories
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, pricing, and launch strategies in partnership with marketing
  • Develop and deliver product documentation and demos, training materials, and sales tools to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value, in partnership with marketing and support
  • Pre-sales engagement at CIO/Sr Director level to partner with sales team to instill customer confidence in our products
  • Represent Solution Area and Enterprise in high-priority customer escalations during set-up and roll-out phase
